Eligible items for return:

2. Exchange Policy
We offer size or color exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of prepaid orders, refunds are automatically credited to your original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
